Background
The Return Payment button was removed from the application in Xumm v2.3.
In previous versions of Xumm, the button was displayed when you pressed the "Events" button on the main screen of Xumm, then selected a Payment transaction.
Why was it removed?
Selecting the Return Payment button started a payment flow which automatically entered the token and the return amount based on the original payment that was made to the account.
While it automatically entered the return r-address for you, Xumm had no way of knowing if the return r-address or the Destination Tag was correct.
Many crypto exchanges have multiple r-addresses... some for sending tokens and some for receiving tokens.
As well, exchanges have account numbers, (destination tags) for each custodial account which the user would need to manually enter in the return payment transaction. It is also possible exchanges use a different Destination Tag for each transaction or cycle them periodically.
If the destination tag is not entered, the payment will not arrive in the desired customer account. Instead, the payment arrives in the exchange's XRP Ledger account and stays there.
The button was removed to prevent this confusion.
